Handling and Claims Process for Damaged Items:

  1. Proper Handling of Packages:
  • Customers are advised not to use sharp objects such as knives or scissors to open the package. Instead, gently remove the tape to open the package.
  • Opening the package with a sharp object can damage the product. Such damage caused by improper opening methods is not returnable and not refundable.
  1. Claims for Damaged Items:
  • If you believe your item has been damaged during shipping, please follow these steps to submit a claim:
    1. Record a video of the package being opened. Ensure the video clearly shows the unopened package, the method of opening, and the damaged item inside.
    2. Submit the video along with your claim to our customer service department.
  • Claims for damages will only be considered if accompanied by a video demonstrating that the package was opened without the use of sharp objects and that the damage occurred despite proper handling.

This clause clearly states that damage caused by opening the package with a sharp object is not returnable or refundable and outlines the steps for submitting a damage claim.
